The Life Fitness Equipment includes:

- iPod® Compatibility - Seamless iPod integration allows you to view music/video lists and make selections directly on the LCD screen
- USB Connectivity - Create and save workouts and personal settings; use data to track performance and workout results
- Virtual Trainer - Helps you meet your goals and provide motivating encouragement and feedback on progress
- Workout Landscape™ Perspectives - Offers you program variety and motivation with ability to watch progress in real time on three workout landscapes including Mountain, 400 Meter Track, and 5K Nature Trail

Group Fitness
C2K has 3 group fitness studios and an Aqua Aerobics pool:
- Cycle Studio – 48 Keiser M3 Magnetic Spinning Bikes where we have both Les Miles RPM classes and C2K’s Hot Cycle classes.
- Mind & Body Studio – The room has been designed as a quite studio enabling you to relax while you complete Yoga, Pilates or meditation class.
- Group Fitness Studio – This room is a large open space allowing for boxing, pump and circuit classes (just to mention a few).
- Aqua Aerobics Pool – Located within the C2K facility allowing members to do Aqua Aerobics classes
Resistance Equipment
We have over 90 pieces of resistance equipment including:
- Hammer Strength
- Pulley and Cable weights
- Keiser Weights
- Complete Free Weights section
Relaxation Area
The relaxation area (spa and steam room) is located on the bottom floor between the men's and women's change rooms. The relaxation area is unisex, so a suitable costume must be worn at all times.
