Accelerator

Accelerator Program - Do you need results quickly? Do you need that extra push? The Accelerator program is an “8 week program “incorporating nutrition and exercise. The program includes a weekly session with one of C2K’s friendly trainers for 8 weeks. C2K guarantees you will see the results in 8 weeks or your money back*. (*Conditions apply).

 

Seniors

Seniors Program - The Live Long Stay Strong program has been specifically designed for seniors. It is a combination of low to moderate intensity cardio, strength and flexibility training. It is safe for people with stable long term conditions (osteoporosis, cardiac or diabetic conditions). The class is fully supervised in a safe, friendly environment.

 

 

Personal TrainingPersonal Training - Are you unsure about what exercise to do or how to do it? Do you find information about exercise confusing or conflicting? C2K’s friendly trainers will help keep you motivated and working towards your goals. C2K’s trainers are all qualified to assist you in adopting and maintaining a new healthy lifestyle. This includes diet and nutritional advice accompanied with regular exercise.

 

 

 

 

Fight ClubFight Club is a combination of kick boxing drills and our Titanium Strength Training System that is built specifically to create amazingly toned bodies! This program is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. We pride our self on creating a strong team atmosphere that uses disciplined yet motivational strategies to ensure your success in reaching your personal goals.

 

 

Greatest LoserThe C2K Greatest Loser program will provide you with an understanding of nutrition, introduce you to new and enjoyable exercise programs and through ongoing support, ensures you make a commitment to the program and your weight loss group. The program will teach you how to maintain long term weight loss and improve your overall health and wellbeing. C2K’s Greatest Loser has achieved successful weight loss results for over 300 competitors to date.

Jack Steblina year 11 Oakhill College, Castle Hill.

Jack’s team will be leaving on the 6th of April travelling, along with 35 other boys, to New Zealand.

Jack approached Carlos (Centre Manager) as to whether C2K would like to sponsor him.

Not only would they sponsor me, but the offered three months free membership, personal training and a free tub of protein! This is more than I had expected.

I am now 2 months into training at I have noticed the difference, I have put on 3 of the 5 kilo's I had planned too.

The tour is ten days long and we will be playing 3 games during that time. For a few of the nights we will be billeting with some families over there.

On the trip we will be going to the Te Papa Museum(Maori Culture) in Wellington, Site seeing in Christchurch, attending Waratahs vs Crusaders, Seeing Mt. Cook, Exploring the Tasman Glacier, visiting the Sir Edmund Hillary Centre, Helicopter Tour, Jet Boating, taking go carts down Bobs Peak, shopping, and then heading home, all in 10 days.

Without C2K's continues support some of these activities would not be available.
