Accelerator Program - Do you need results quickly? Do you need that extra push? The Accelerator program is an “8 week program “incorporating nutrition and exercise. The program includes a weekly session with one of C2K’s friendly trainers for 8 weeks. C2K guarantees you will see the results in 8 weeks or your money back*. (*Conditions apply).
Seniors Program - The Live Long Stay Strong program has been specifically designed for seniors. It is a combination of low to moderate intensity cardio, strength and flexibility training. It is safe for people with stable long term conditions (osteoporosis, cardiac or diabetic conditions). The class is fully supervised in a safe, friendly environment.
Personal Training - Are you unsure about what exercise to do or how to do it? Do you find information about exercise confusing or conflicting? C2K’s friendly trainers will help keep you motivated and working towards your goals. C2K’s trainers are all qualified to assist you in adopting and maintaining a new healthy lifestyle. This includes diet and nutritional advice accompanied with regular exercise.
Fight Club is a combination of kick boxing drills and our Titanium Strength Training System that is built specifically to create amazingly toned bodies! This program is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. We pride our self on creating a strong team atmosphere that uses disciplined yet motivational strategies to ensure your success in reaching your personal goals.
