Fight Club in a combination of kick boxing drills and our Titanium Strength Training System that is built specifically to create amazingly toned bodies. This program is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. We pride our self on creating a strong team atmosphere that uses disciplined yet motivational strategies to ensure your success in reaching your personal goals.

    Location

    Our Castle Hill program is conducted in a nearby quadrangle area with an undercover caged area; it sets the perfect ambient for this style of training. The meeting point is at C2K Fitness Centre which provides hotel style amenities for your convenience.
